Before you knew it, it was time for the Fourth of July party at the Haynes’ house. I guess it was somewhere around seven o’clock when Lexie walked over and asked if she could sit down for a while. XXX The searing pain immediately left me know I had been cut by the sharp object. “Chris Williams…….”, I replied, feeling lightheaded. “Oh, I had no idea.”, Lexie responded.
