Ten minutes later, an Audi drove up, and the driver honked at me. If I called, she would think I was a complete asshat and not want to talk to me. When I reached downtown, I hurried to a pay phone, and very carefully dialed the number. I was hard enough to enter her, but I merely pressed the head to her opening.
