Kylo motions for Phasma to wait. And then the cold hits her. He grabs her arm and twists it behind her back, forces her down to the ground, back on to her sore knees. She was in an empty interrogation cell. He swats her hand away. They snap to attention as Kylo Ren walks in. He kicks her legs apart and positions her hands, palm up on her thighs.
